Hair extensions are attached to the head and do not receive the same nutrients and natural oils as real hair. Moisture needs to be added to the hair by using a light serum on a daily basis.
Daily use of heated styling tools (especially without a thermal heat protectant) will make the hair brittle and will eventually break off. As recommended, use a light serum to add moisture to the hair on a daily basis.
We work with an amazing factory in China that processes our luxurious hair. All hair is ethically sourced 100% from a single donor.
To create an Everything Hand Tied Stylist account click on the person icon in the menu. Click REGISTER and complete the form. We do require a copy (jpeg or pdf files only) of your state cosmetology license when registering.
We do not accept returns. We accept exchanges only with a 25% restocking fee. For an exchange to be accepted hair must be untampered and in its original packaging. Once an exchange is approved a store credit will be applied to your EHT stylist account.
No, our hair extensions do not have a warranty. Under proper care, the hair can last up to a year.
The hair most likely faded because they were installed "straight out of the package". We recommend glossing ALL wefts if you are not custom coloring the hair extensions.
Orders & Shipping
For inventory purposes, we can not add items to an existing order. All transactions must take place via our online store.
We can change the shipping address on unfulfilled orders only. Contact our shipping department via text (not email) as soon as you notice the mistake. (If this change is permanent please update your EHT Stylist profile to avoid delivery disruptions.)
USPS Tracking information is emailed to you once your order has been processed. You can view your order's last scanned location via the USPS website under the "Tracking History" tab. Please track your order before inquiring with us.
All deliveries are signature required. If the postal carrier is unable to get a signature they will (should) leave a missed delivery slip. You will then need to take that slip to your local USPS to pick up your package. (If you did not receive a slip, take your tracking number with you when inquiring.)
