  • Due to California state law, there are NO RETURNS.
  • We accept EXCHANGES ONLY.
  • A 25% restocking fee will be applied and minus the initial shipping cost.
  • For an exchange to be accepted, purchased hair must be returned in its original packaging and untampered.
  • Once an exchange is approved, a store credit will be added to the stylist’s profile account.

If it’s been a while since you placed your order and you haven’t received it yet, it’s most likely being sent back to us by the shipping carrier. If this happens (and sometimes it does) our shipping and orders page has you covered. Head over there and see what happens next.
