Product Orders

  • Orders are processed Monday – Friday. All orders received over the weekend will be processed the following business day.
  • All orders are sent with a Signature Required request (no exceptions). This protects all parties from the risk of theft. Everyone hates a porch pirate.
  • We CAN NOT add (or subtract) items to an already placed order. Our system does not give us the flexibility to adjust an order. If you are seeking additional items you will need to place another order for the items you are seeking to purchase. Please be sure you have ALL the items you wish to purchase in your cart before you finalize your order.
  • Please be sure to provide the correct shipping address when ordering. This prevents lost shipments, returned shipments and ensures you receive your order promptly. Double-check before you finalize your order. If by chance you do need to make an address change, call or text our shipping department as soon as possible so we can make that change BEFORE your package is sent out. Once your package is shipped it is out of our hands.
  • Specific delivery instructions provided by the stylist when placing an order are not guaranteed. We are physically unable to convey these requests to your local carrier. Once an order is dropped off at the shipping provider, it’s out of our hands & beyond our control. Sorry.
  • A shipment confirmation will be emailed to you once we have processed your order. This confirmation email will contain your USPS tracking number. Click on that number and you will be redirected to their website. Once on their page, you will see exactly when your order is scheduled for delivery. Scroll down the page a bit further to TRACKING HISTORY and click on it.  This will contain detailed information on exactly where your order is located & its most recent status update. This information is useful before inquiring where your late order is with us.
  • Please make sure to give yourself ample time to receive your delivery of hair extensions before your scheduled client appointment.
Everything Hand Tied is NOT responsible if a stylist does not order their client’s hair on time for a scheduled appointment nor for any shipping delay due to incorrect information provided by the stylist.

Packaging Labels

  • The white rectangle label on the front of our Lucy packaging is the length and color of that weft. 
  • Full packs will have a gold & white label tag attached to the bundle stating the length and color on one side.
  • The round pink label, with a handwritten number in the center, is our internal inventory number and is in no way a reflection on the length of that particular weft/full pack.


  • We do not guarantee delivery dates, especially for Express Shipping. Delivery times vary per geological location by the shipping provider. We have zero control over it. As of Oct 1, 2021, USPS changed its business model and a delay may occur in receiving your order. Read more about this delay.
  • Be available to sign for your package. If your carrier is unable to deliver your package they should leave a slip for you to pick it up at your local USPS office.
  • If you do miss your scheduled delivery date or never received an attempted delivery note from your carrier, please head over to the USPS Tracking Page to reschedule your delivery. We can not reschedule for you.
  • If your shipment is delayed or lost we ask that you contact your local USPS location or head over to the USPS website to complete a Missing Mail Search Request or to file a Missing Package Claim. All packages are insured via Priority USPS Mail.
Everything Hand Tied is NOT responsible for any delay or lost shipment by USPS.

Returned Shipments by The Carrier

  • If you missed your delivery date and you never picked up or rescheduled your delivery with USPS, your order will be sent back to us. An email will be sent to you informing you of your returned shipment.
  • Orders returned to us by the carrier will require a reshipment fee if you want your package shipped back out to you. Payments for reships are collected via Square Pay. Standard Shipping is $15 / Express Shipping is $40.
  • If you should choose not to have your items re-shipped to you our Returns & Exchanges policy of a 25% restocking fee will be applied in credit to your stylist profile account.
