Changes to USPS

Effective Oct. 1, 2021, USPS made changes to its business model to cut costs. Packages will no longer ship via air. All packages will now travel Ground Service only. This change of service means you may experience a delay in receiving your orders especially if you live in a rural area or quite a distance away from our Northern California location.

Our Recommendations

• Order your client’s hair as soon as possible.
• Do not book your client until you have their hair in your hands. This will avoid an angry client and a headache for you.
• Have patience as we navigate through this matter. Trust us we want you to have your orders as soon as possible, but this change is beyond our control.
