RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to California state law, there are NO RETURNS. Everything Hand Tied will only accept exchanges with a 25% restocking fee (minus initial shipping cost). For an exchange to be accepted, purchased hair must be in its original packaging and untampered. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT THE RETURN/EXCHANGE OF ANY WEFTS OF WHICH THE PACKAGING HAS BEEN OPENED. Even if you happen to received the incorrect hair from EHT, we will not accept a return of the hair if you have opened the package! If it's not the correct hair, there is no reason why you should have opened it!
Once/if an exchange is approved, a store credit will be added to the stylist’s profile account. Everything Hand Tied does not offer cash refunds under any circumstance. Any refund offered will be in the form of store credit.
CLOSEOUT SALE ITEMS
All sales are final on all closeout sale items. No returns, exchanges, refunds on any item that is offered at closeout sale pricing.
SHOP PAY
Shop Pay is a third party entity and has no affiliation to Everything Hand Tied. If you choose to use Shop Pay for purchases and happen to need an exchange with us, you are still obligated to pay for the Shop Pay purchase through them. As explained above, you will receive a store credit minus a 25% restocking fee from Everything Hand Tied for all exchanges.
STYLIST ACCOUNTS
Everything Hand Tied Stylist Accounts ARE NOT TO BE SHARED with fellow stylists or your clients so they may purchase their own hair. All account information, including shipping address, has to match the registered stylist’s name. If the information does not match the order will be canceled.
THE RESALE OF EHT HAIR IS STRICTLY PORHIBITED, except for the resale that pertains to the hair being sold to a client directly when it is installed on their head at their appointment. Reselling EHT wefts or full packs of hair that are loose and not installed onto your client's head will result in the immediate disabling of your account and cancellation of any current open order.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR CARE OF HAIR EXTENSIONS
When purchasing hair extensions from Everything Hand Tied, you are assuming responsibility based on your own knowledge of how to install and care for your purchased hair extensions. It is your responsibility as a professional/licensed hairstylist to educate your clients on proper care of their installed hair extensions, and that they follow the care instructions as provided by Everything Hand Tied (a hair care instruction insert is included in every packed shipment). Everything Hand Tied will not be liable for damaged wefts due to improper installation or post-care.

CUTTING WEFTS
We do not recommend cutting the wefts as this will result in shedding. We advise stylists to fold the wefts to fit instead of cutting. If you choose to cut a weft, do so at your own risk.
*Everything Hand Tied is NOT responsible for any damage that may result from cutting hair weft extensions.
PRODUCTS TO AVOID
Do not use any products with the following ingredients:
1. Quaternium 80,95,16: Encourages a fast-acting blow-dry/will cause hair breakage.
2. Dimethicone only if followed by Dimethiconol. Do not use if only Dimethicone.
3. Silicone-based products that are not water-soluble will adhere to the hair.
4. Protein dominate-based products – Hair becomes brittle and will break.
5. Olaplex – it’s a bond-building product, protein-based.
6. Sunscreen with Avobenzone (Butyl Methoxydibenzoylmethane) – It will turn extensions orange. We always advise using caution when using any sunscreen.
7. Moroccan Oil – It will turn hair exchanges orange.
8. Any product that contains Coconut/Coconut Oil - It will mat or tangle hair.
*Everything Hand Tied is NOT responsible if these products are used on hair extension wefts or if a client was not fully educated by their stylist.
ORDERS & SHIPMENTS
Orders are processed in the mornings, Monday – Friday. Orders that are received after the warehouse has completed shipping for the day, will be processed to ship on the next business day. Orders received over the weekend (and holidays) will be processed the following business day. Once an order is placed we can not make adjustments to it. All shipments are signature required (no exceptions). This protects all parties from the risk of theft, and also allows the CUSTOMER to file a claim with the USPS is their package is lost.
Please prepare for ample delivery time of your products as we do not guarantee shipment delivery dates.
If you should miss your scheduled delivery date please head over to the USPS tracking page to reschedule your delivery. We can not reschedule for you.
All orders are shipped FOB Origin; once the product leaves the Everything Hand Tied warehouse, it is property of the buyer, and the buyer is responsible for contacting and facilitating resolution with USPS in any case of lost or delayed package delivery.
In the rare case, if your shipment is delayed or lost we ask that you contact your local USPS location or head over to the USPS website to complete a Missing Mail Search Request or to file a Missing Package Claim. All packages are insured via Priority USPS Mail.
* Everything Hand Tied is NOT responsible if the stylist does not order their client’s hair in time for a scheduled appointment nor for any delay in shipment by USPS.
OPENING PACKAGES
We advise not using scissors or sharp objects to cut into your package when opening. This will prevent accidental damage to your products.

IF PURCHASING MIXED METHODOLOGIES TICKETS WITH 50% DEPOSIT PAYMENT METHOD
Remaining 50% balance is due no less than one week prior to the start of class (you will receive further instructions on how to pay your remaining 50% balance) - If the participant should choose to forfeit this agreement before the total committed amount is paid, it is understood that payment in full will still be required and the above payment schedule will continue to prevail until full amount of program is paid in full, as stipulated in this agreement. I understand that if I select the payment plan option for class and I do not pay the remaining 50% balance due a minimum of 7 days prior to the start of class, I will not be able to attend the class, however, I acknowledge that I am still liable to Everything Hand Tied for the remaining 50% balance, and acknowledge that I am required to pay accordingly, until the full ticket price is paid in full. I acknowledge and agree to this, and by checking the box below, I understand that my agreement to this is legally binding.
