Due to California state law, there are NO RETURNS.

We accept exchanges only with a 25% restocking fee. You will receive a store credit.

For an exchange to be accepted, purchased hair must be in its original packaging & untampered.

Once the exchange is approved, a store credit will be added to the stylist’s profile account.

Orders & Shipments

Orders are processed Monday - Friday. ALL orders received over the weekend will be processed the following business day.

Please make sure to give yourself ample time to receive your hair before your scheduled client appointment.

Everything Hand Tied is NOT responsible if the stylist does not order their client’s hair on time for a scheduled appointment nor for any delay in shipment by USPS.
