If you opt for Rachel to travel to your location, you are responsible for her additional travel expenses (airfare, lodging, etc.) - $1500 is the cost of the experience itself. Additional costs are the responsibility of the student, including the student's airfare, lodging, etc. if traveling to Rachel's location.
