Due to California State law, we can not accept returns.

We accept EXCHANGES ONLY for UNOPENED wefts.


For an exchange to be accepted, purchased hair must be returned in its original packaging and unopened.


Once an exchange is approved, a store credit will be added to the stylist’s profile account. A follow up email will notify stylist of their credit. Store credit never expires.

We do not offer cash refunds. All sale items are final.
