Ensure to give yourself ample time to receive your delivery of products before your scheduled client appointment.

Product Orders

Orders are processed Monday – Friday (mornings). All orders received after the warehouse hours, or placed over the weekend, will be processed the following business day.

Please ensure you have ALL items you wish to purchase in your cart before you finalize your order. We CAN NOT add or subtract items to a placed order. You will need to place an additional order for the forgotten items.

Please provide the correct shipping address when ordering. This prevents lost shipments, returned shipments, and ensures you receive your order promptly. Double-check before you finalize your order. Once your package is shipped, it is out of our hands.

All orders are sent with a Signature Required request (no exceptions). This protects all parties from the risk of theft and also allows the customer to file a claim with USPS if their package is lost. Be available to sign for your package. If your carrier is unable to deliver your package, they should leave a slip for you to pick it up at your local shipping provider.

A shipment confirmation will be emailed to you once we have processed your order. This confirmation email will contain your carrier tracking number. Use this tracking number to monitor the order's shipping status and history details.

Shipment Essentials

We do not guarantee delivery dates, especially for Express Shipping. Delivery times vary per geographical location with the shipping provider .

If you miss your scheduled delivery date (or never receive an attempted delivery note from your carrier), please contact the shipping provider to reschedule your delivery. We are unable to reschedule for you.

In the rare case that your shipment is delayed or lost, we ask that you contact your local shipping provider to request or file a Missing Package Claim. All packages are insured.

All orders are shipped FOB Origin; once the product leaves the Everything Hand Tied warehouse, it is the property of the buyer, and the buyer is responsible for contacting and facilitating resolution with the shipping provider.

Returned Shipments to Us

If you missed your delivery date and you never picked up or rescheduled your delivery, your order will be sent back to us. An email will be sent to you informing you of your returned shipment.

Orders returned to us by the carrier will require a reshipment fee if you would like your package shipped back out to you. Payments for reships are collected via Square Pay. Standard Shipping is $20 / Express Shipping is $40.

If you choose not to have your items re-shipped, per our Returns & Exchanges policy, a 25% restocking fee will be applied, and a credit will be applied to your stylist profile account.
